Retail butcher wanted in Iron County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a retail butcher in Iron County, Utah. You should have: • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required Day-to-day duties: • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife We offer $22 per hour plus benefits.
