Great opportunity: we are hiring a meat cutter in Malheur County, Oregon. Day to day you will keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking. You should have: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
