We are recruiting: we are hiring a banquet server in Henrico County, Virginia. Your main tasks: • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place • Lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery • Raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments • Clear and reset tables between covers Requirements: • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
