Prep cook — Baksa

Join our team: we are hiring a prep cook in Baksa, Assam. You will label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; prepare the mise en place before each service; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat. Ideally you have willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays; able to read and follow recipes and dockets; food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate.
