Oven operator wanted in Crook County

We are recruiting: we are hiring an oven operator in Crook County, Oregon. You will work at a busy bakery. Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • 2+ years' experience as a baker Day to day you will check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing. At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift. Performance bonus on top of base pay. We offer $5,000 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
