Coating plant operator wanted in Miami-Dade County

Now hiring: we are hiring a coating plant operator in Miami-Dade County, Florida. The job is at an automotive components factory. You will pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape. Ideal candidate: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects 3+ years on the tools preferred.
