Urgent requirement: bakery assistant (Florida)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Sumter County, Florida. You will decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe. What we are looking for: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen Full-time with occasional weekends.
