Fry cook — Shrawasti

Immediate opening: we are hiring a fry cook in Shrawasti, Uttar Pradesh. You will check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; prepare the mise en place before each service; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in. Requirements: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Strong knife skills and speed on the line Six days a week, one day off. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
