Now hiring: we are hiring a confectioner in Giwa, Kaduna State. The job is at a busy bakery. Day-to-day duties: • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity What we are looking for: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks Pay around ₦1,150 per hour, based on your experience.
