Halal butcher wanted in Trafford

Great opportunity: we are hiring a halal butcher in Trafford, England. The role involves run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled. What we are looking for: • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler 6+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift. Overtime paid at a premium rate. £2,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
