Great opportunity: we are hiring a heavy equipment operator (dozer) in Hartlepool, England. The role involves: • Backfill trenches and foundations once services are laid • Rip hard ground and rock using the rear ripper shank • Spread imported fill in even layers ready for compaction • Push-load motor scrapers during bulk earthmoving Ideal candidate: • Physically fit for climbing on and off the machine • Valid heavy equipment or plant operator licence • Good understanding of cut-and-fill and batter slopes Pay around £1,900 per month, based on your experience. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
