Powder coating sprayer wanted in Degema

Now hiring: we are hiring a powder coating sprayer in Degema, Rivers State. You will work at an automotive components factory. What we are looking for: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth Day-to-day duties: • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. Performance bonus on top of base pay. ₦230,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
