Great opportunity: we are hiring a trainee butcher in Saline County, Missouri. You will be based in a supermarket meat department. You should have: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • 2+ years experience working as a butcher The role involves take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; season and marinate meat on request. Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
