Pastry baker — Akure North

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a pastry baker in Akure North, Ondo State. The job is in a hotel pastry kitchen. The role involves: • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Score the top of loaves before baking Requirements: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics Rotating shifts.
