Urgent requirement: dish pit attendant (Niger State)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in Mashegu, Niger State. Day to day you will clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations. Requirements: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
