Wood machinist — Kaugama

Join our team: we are hiring a wood machinist in Kaugama, Jigawa State. Day-to-day duties: • Build and erect roof trusses, rafters and stud partitions • Glue, clamp, screw and dowel joints together • Cut sheet material and timber with a circular saw, jigsaw and table saw • Measure and mark out timber using a tape, square and marking gauge • Install skirting boards, architraves and dado rails • Apply edge banding, veneers and laminate to board Ideal candidate: • Physically fit to lift, kneel and work at height • At least 2 years' hands-on carpentry experience • Confident with hand and power tools such as saws, routers and planers Pay around ₦8,500 per day, based on your experience.
