We are recruiting: we are hiring a mall security guard in Bailey County, Texas. The job is at a factory gate. The role involves control crowds and manage queues at events and entry gates; patrol the premises on foot at fixed intervals; detain shoplifters or trespassers and hand them over to police; operate the boom barrier and check vehicles in and out; log every visitor and vehicle in the duty register; write up incident reports after any disturbance. You should have: • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Basic reading of English and local language for registers Rotating shifts. Performance bonus on top of base pay.
