The role involves take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone. Ideal candidate: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate 4+ years on the tools preferred.
