Ideal candidate: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Basic cake decorating and piping skills The role involves pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; load and unload the deck oven with a peel. 3+ years on the tools preferred.
