Cake decorator wanted in Gubio

Immediate opening: we are hiring a cake decorator in Gubio, Borno State. You will work at an in-store supermarket bakery. The role involves pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer. You should have: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
