Great opportunity: food and beverage server (Michigan)

Join our team: we are hiring a food and beverage server in Monroe County, Michigan. You will raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments; explain the day's specials and recommend dishes; pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left; lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery; carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table; coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar. Ideal candidate: • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages 2+ years on the tools preferred. $3,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
