Vacancy available: we are hiring a deboner in Nome Census Area, Alaska. The job is at a wholesale meat market. The role involves: • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain You should have: • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate Full-time with occasional weekends. Meals and transport allowance provided. $2,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
