Groundsman — Wukari

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a groundsman in Wukari, Taraba State. You will work on the grounds of a hotel resort. What we are looking for: • Able to safely operate mowers, strimmers and hedge trimmers • Pesticide spraying certificate (PA1/PA6) an advantage • Previous experience as a gardener or in grounds maintenance Day to day you will check and adjust sprinkler timers and irrigation heads; dig over and turn the soil and prepare seedbeds; operate strimmers, leaf blowers and brush cutters; sharpen, clean and oil hand tools and mower blades; rake up fallen leaves, grass clippings and garden waste. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time with occasional weekends. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
