Head baker wanted in Lucas County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a head baker in Lucas County, Ohio. You will be based at a café with an on-site bakery. Ideal candidate: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving The role involves: • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough 1+ years on the tools preferred.
