Day to day you will load and unload the deck oven with a peel; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight. Requirements: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. ₦220,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
