Great opportunity: we are hiring a catering cook in Baldwin County, Georgia. The job is at a busy restaurant kitchen. On a typical shift you will label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down. Ideal candidate: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
