You should have: • An eye for detail and a tidy, well-kept finish • Happy to work outdoors in all weather • Understanding of pruning and watering schedules Day to day you will repot nursery stock and pot on cuttings; lay turf and oversow bare patches of lawn; check and adjust sprinkler timers and irrigation heads; dig over and turn the soil and prepare seedbeds; maintain compost heaps and the potting shed.
