Cake decorator wanted in Obokun

Great opportunity: we are hiring a cake decorator in Obokun, Osun State. You will work at a cake shop. You will weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight. Ideal candidate: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Accurate at weighing and following recipes At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Rotating shifts.
