Join our team: we are hiring a steel erection rigger in Rijau, Niger State. You will work in a steel fabrication yard. The role involves: • Guide loads through tight openings into their final position • Fit tag lines to control and steady suspended loads • Calculate load weight and centre of gravity before every lift • Rig and lift structural steel, precast panels and machinery into position • Direct the crane operator with standard hand signals and radio • Select the correct slings, shackles and chains for each load's weight What we are looking for: • Comfortable working at height and in confined spaces • Sharp eye for safety and hazard awareness • Ability to read lift plans and rigging diagrams Six days a week, one day off.
