Vacancy available: we are hiring a bread baker in Emure, Ekiti State. What we are looking for: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • 2+ years' experience as a baker Day to day you will keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; score the top of loaves before baking; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight. 6+ years on the tools preferred.
