Vacancy available: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Iwo, Osun State. The job is at a busy bakery. On the job you will handle: • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Score the top of loaves before baking • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds Requirements: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks Full-time, day shift.
