Urgent requirement: we are hiring a pastry baker in Spokane County, Washington. The job is at a busy bakery. You will rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; score the top of loaves before baking; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls. Requirements: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Food handler / hygiene certificate $4,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
