Lifting rigger wanted in Walker County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a lifting rigger in Walker County, Texas. You will work in a steel fabrication yard. On the job you will handle: • Establish exclusion zones and keep workers clear of the lift area • Take part in toolbox talks and pre-lift briefings • Guide loads through tight openings into their final position • Carry out daily checks on cranes, hoists and lifting tackle What we are looking for: • Proven experience as a rigger on construction or industrial sites • Sound knowledge of working load limits and sling angles • Confident with standard crane hand signals 3+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
