Meat cutter wanted in Irion County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a meat cutter in Irion County, Texas. The job is at a busy retail butcher's shop. Day to day you will monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights. Requirements: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
