Cnc lathe operator wanted in Ellis County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a cnc lathe operator in Ellis County, Texas. You will be based in a tool room. Ideal candidate: • ITI / NCVT certificate in the machinist (turner) trade preferred • Able to hold tolerances to ±0.01 mm • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts Day to day you will measure finished parts with micrometers and vernier calipers; watch the machine through the cycle and clear alarms or crashes; deburr and chamfer machined parts by hand; run first-off inspection and sign off the part; load and index turning tools in the turret. At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Pay around $4,900 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
