Cnc turner — Carbon County

Join our team: we are hiring a cnc turner in Carbon County, Utah. You will be based at an auto-components manufacturing unit. Day-to-day duties: • Change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear • Load and index turning tools in the turret • Check diameters and lengths against the spec sheet • Watch the machine through the cycle and clear alarms or crashes • Set tool offsets and establish work zero (G54) • Read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T tolerances Ideal candidate: • Minimum 2 years on CNC lathes with Fanuc or Siemens controls • Experience with carbide tooling and insert selection 4+ years on the tools preferred.
