Requirements: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies The role involves cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; prepare the mise en place before each service; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs. Part-time with flexible hours. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Pay around $5,100 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
