Short order cook wanted in Greer County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a short order cook in Greer County, Oklahoma. What we are looking for: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays On the job you will handle: • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
