Now hiring: we are hiring a banquet server in Okpokwu, Benue State. You will be based in a five-star hotel. Ideal candidate: • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts Day-to-day duties: • Check back during the meal and handle special requests • Follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules • Clear and reset tables between covers • Carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place We offer ₦155,000 per month plus benefits.
