Vacancy available: backhoe operator (Nebraska)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a backhoe operator in Cherry County, Nebraska. You will work on a busy civils and groundworks site. On a typical shift you will excavate trenches for water, sewer and cable runs; clear sites, demolish structures and load out muck and rubble; grade, level and batter slopes to the required gradient; dig foundation trenches and footings to the marked depths and levels; carry out daily greasing and check hydraulic oil, coolant and fuel levels. What we are looking for: • Sound understanding of daily maintenance and greasing • Reliable, punctual and able to get to site • Able to read drawings, setting-out pegs and level pegs Performance bonus on top of base pay.
