Paint sprayer — Mitchell County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a paint sprayer in Mitchell County, Iowa. The job is at a property maintenance company. The role involves: • Apply textured and weatherproof masonry coatings to exterior walls • Strip old paint and wallpaper with scrapers and heat guns • Lay down dust sheets and protect floors and furniture • Mask off windows, skirting and fittings with tape and sheeting • Mix and tint paint to match colour swatches • Hang lining paper and wallpaper, matching patterns at the seams Requirements: • Able to mix and colour-match paints accurately • Sound knowledge of surface prep and the right primers 1+ years on the tools preferred.
