Prep cook wanted in Ifelodun

Vacancy available: we are hiring a prep cook in Ifelodun, Osun State. The role involves: • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces You should have: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
