Domestic gas engineer wanted in Bokkos

Vacancy available: we are hiring a domestic gas engineer in Bokkos, Plateau State. Day-to-day duties: • Braze copper gas lines and weld carbon-steel pipe joints • Fit flexible connection hoses and bayonet fittings to the appliances • Purge air from the lines and commission appliances to the correct gas rate • Carry out tightness (pressure) tests with a manometer and lock off the supply • Locate and repair gas leaks and replace corroded pipe sections • Test combustion and flue gases with a flue gas analyser What we are looking for: • Physically fit for lifting pipe, meters and cylinders • Valid gas fitter's licence and Gas Safe (or local) registration • Clean, methodical and safety-conscious 6+ years on the tools preferred.
