Prep cook wanted in Uintah County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a prep cook in Uintah County, Utah. What we are looking for: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards The role involves: • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
