Immediate opening: we are hiring a fine-dining server in Akuku Toru, Rivers State. What we are looking for: • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform The role involves check back during the meal and handle special requests; clear and reset tables between covers; lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery; carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments.
