Ideal candidate: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate The role involves: • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
