Great opportunity: we are hiring a baker in Elbert County, Georgia. What we are looking for: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Able to work early-morning and night shifts The role involves: • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Rotating shifts. Meals and transport allowance provided. We offer $2,700 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
