We are recruiting: we are hiring a pipe TIG welder in Adavi, Kogi State. The job is at a busy fabrication workshop. Your main tasks: • Clamp and fit up components on the jig before welding • Clean joints with acetone and a dedicated stainless wire brush • Inspect welds visually for porosity, cracks and undercut • Sharpen tungsten electrodes and fit the correct gas cup size Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working off scaffolds and in tight spaces • Good eyesight for fine sheet-metal work • Steady hand and good hand-eye coordination 5+ years on the tools preferred.
