Urgent requirement: we are hiring a confectioner in Union County, Ohio. Ideal candidate: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens On a typical shift you will weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch. We offer $180 per day plus benefits. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
