Sausage maker — Biase

Now hiring: we are hiring a sausage maker in Biase, Cross River State. You will mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date. You should have: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate 2+ years on the tools preferred.
